Balind Solar Synergy collaborated with Suprajit Engineering Limited, a global leader in auto ancillary manufacturing, to install a 350kW rooftop solar system at their state-of-the-art facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Known for producing high-quality automotive components, Suprajit required a robust, sustainable energy solution that could be implemented swiftly without disrupting operations. Our Gurgaon-based team delivered this project in just 15 days, utilizing our in-house fabrication unit and PAN-India warehouse network to ensure seamless execution while adhering to strict quality standards.
The RCC rooftop, designed to withstand Chennai’s coastal climate, now hosts high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels that generate approximately 472,000 kWh annually. This output reduces Suprajit’s electricity costs by 35% and cuts CO₂ emissions by 354 tons per year, reinforcing their commitment to environmental responsibility. Equipped with our proprietary sprinkler washing system, the panels remain dust-free, ensuring optimal performance in Chennai’s humid and dusty conditions. This project not only enhances Suprajit’s operational efficiency but also positions them as a sustainability trailblazer in the automotive industry.
